Cancel product subscriptions
We're sorry you want to cancel your IRIS Elements subscription.
To cancel through IRIS Elements Marketplace, you must cancel more than 90 days before your next renewal date.
To make sure you contract is not renewed, you must carry out the cancellation through IRIS Elements Marketplace:
- Select the Admin settings cog icon.
- Select Plan and billing.
- For the required product, select Manage then Cancel Subscription.
- If you are able, we would appreciate you providing feedback for your cancellation reason in the presented survey.
