View and manage notifications

The following notifications are supported:

• IRIS Elements Accounts Production subscribers receive a notification following a successful CSV file import.
• Account managers assigned to clients are notified when a client using the client portal adds a document, asks a question, adds a comment, completes a task or signs a document

Select the bell icon to show the Notifications panel. Unread notifications show a red dot.

The count increases every time a new notification is received and decreases every time a notification is acknowledged. If you have no unread notifications, just the bell icon is shown.

To show only read or only unread notifications, toggle the Show read switch.

Acknowledge or dismiss a notification
