Update suspicious activity reports

You can update the status of a suspicious activity report, add notes following review, or escalate to the NCA. 

1. Go to Practice compliance > Suspicious activity. A list of suspicious activity reports is displayed.
2. Select the title of the report you want to update. ‌
3. In the Update suspicious activity panel, you can update the status to one of the following:
   • Not yet actioned
   • Further investigation required
   • Reported to NCA
   • Do not report
   • Resolved by NCA‌
4. In the Note box, enter information to validate the status update.
5. To upload relevant documentation or evidence, select Upload attachments. Select the file. (If you select the wrong file, select the bin icon to remove.)
6. Select Save. 
7. In exceptional circumstances, select Report to NCA to go to the National Crime Agency website and file a report.
