Add beneficial owners

Create a record for every beneficial owner, officer and manager (BOOMs) who has been approved by the relevant supervisory authority or via a criminality check.

1. Go to Practice compliance.
2. From the Compliance list, select Beneficial owners (BOOMs). Any existing beneficial owners are shown.
3. Select Add owner.
4. Enter the User email or owner name and the Relationship with firm (both are mandatory).
5. Select the Start date , or enter in DD/MM/YYYY format (mandatory).
6. Select the Date of cessation. You can leave this empty unless you know the date that the BOOM assignment for that user will end.
7. Select Save.
