Create and manage KYC assessment templates

We provide a set of default templates for use with different client types. You can't edit or delete these default templates, but you can create, edit or delete your own.

  1. From the cog icon on the top menu, select Settings, then AML configuration.

  2. On the Templates tab, select View existing KYC templates.

  3. Select New template or select the name of your own existing template to edit it. Delete any of your own templates using the bin icon.

  4. Enter the Template name, then select the Client type this template should be used for.

  5. You can create the template from scratch or select a Base template from the list. The templates available depend on the client type selected.

  6. Complete the template as described in the following sections then select Save template. Your template is shown at the bottom of the template list.
