IRIS Elements Company Formations allows you to quickly and easily form a limited company that is limited by shares (LTD) online with Companies House. All information entered during the incorporation process is saved to applicable client records, saving you time and ensuring your records are up-to-date and accurate.
IRIS Elements Company Formations is free to use until you submit the incorporation to Companies House. At this point, you can purchase tokens to submit the formation.

Currently, you can form a limited company that is limited by shares. In future updates , you'll be able to:

We will also be making visual improvements to the Company Formations wizard and improving the ability to view and manage tokens.
In the initial release of IRIS Elements Company Formations, the product will only allow subscribers to act as the application delivered by / persons signing. This will be pre-determined by the system so there is no user interaction required. The agent will be available in a future release.
