Suspend or reactivate users

As an Administrator, you can suspend or reactivate a user easily, at any time. You might want to do this if a member of your practice has a long term absence, or if they leave the business.

Suspending a user revokes their access. They can't log in and can't access any part of the system until their access is reactivated. Suspending a user (rather than deleting) means their user data is preserved, which is important for audit purposes.

  1. On the menu bar, select the settings icon then under Admin, select Users.
  2. Locate the user you want to suspend or reactivate. On the same row, select Suspend or Unsuspend
