Network connection

IRIS Elements is designed to run using typical network connection speeds. In terms of load on your network, it's similar to streaming a movie on Netflix.

We regularly run performance tests to improve reliability and scalability as we strive to continually optimise the experience.

We recommend that you ensure 0.2 Mbps is available for each user, that browser privacy and security settings are configured to save cookies, and to save images in the cache.

Browser support

IRIS Elements supports most modern browsers. We recommend you use the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari.

Internet Explorer can be used but is not supported.
