Check for Companies House response

Once the accounts have been submitted you need to return to the Check & File page and view the details of the submission to collect the response from Companies House.

  1. Go to Clients > Client list and find the required client.

  2. On the Accounts widget on the client dashboard, select the required accounts.

  1. On the Check & File tab, select Check status. A copy of the accounts that were submitted is saved. If you change them in the future, the originally submitted copy is still retained.

The response time from Companies House can vary (we obviously have no control over this). We suggestion waiting at least 48 hours from submission for this response to be sent.

If you receive a polling reminder from Companies House, it's an indication that the above process has not been completed for all submitted accounts.
