Account Profile

Once you've logged in to IRIS Elements (v.0), you can access your account and make changes by selecting your profile icon at the top right of the menu bar. 

You can:

  • View and change your account name and email address
  • Change your password and request a password reset
  • Sign out of IRIS Elements (v.0)

Change your account name

  1. On the menu bar, select your profile icon, then go to Account > Profile.
  2. Change the First name and Last name, as required.
  3. Select Save changes.

Change your password

  1. On the menu bar, select your profile icon, then go to Account > Profile.
  1. In the Current password box, enter your current password. 

If you can't remember your current password, select the Send a password reset link.

  1. In the New password box, enter your new password. 
  2. Select Save changes.

Request a password reset

  1. On the menu bar, select your profile icon then go to Account > Profile.
  2. Under Password, select the Send a password reset link. You'll receive an email confirming your request. 
  3. Follow the instructions to reset your password

Sign out

  1. On the menu bar, select your profile icon then go to System > Sign out.
  2. Once signed out, the log in page is displayed and you can sign in again when you're ready.
