Manage client contact details

It's easy to add or update client addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. 


Add or edit an address

  1. Go to Clients and select a client.

  2. In the Addresses panel, select Add address.

  1. In the Postcode box, enter a valid postal code and select Find address. Or, select the link to enter the address manually.

  2. Under Type, choose any of the following options: 

  • Primary

  • Billing

  • Service address

  • Shared address

  1. Select Save. Select Add to repeat the process if the client has more than one address. 

  2. To change an address, on the context menu, Select Edit.


Add or edit contact details

  1. Go to Clients and select a client.

  2. In the Contacts panel, select Add contact details.

  3. Under Type, select either Phone or Email.

  4. Under Label, specify the usage. (The options are different, depending on whether you selected phone or email.)

  5. Enter the number or email address.

  6. Optionally, in the Description box, enter any notes.

  7. On the Associated address list, select the address you want to link to these contact details. 

  8. Select Save. Select Add to repeat the process if the client has more than one phone number or email address. 

  9. To change a phone number or email address, on the context menu, select Edit.
