Edit the KYC assessment template

You can change the template when creating new KYC assessments. You can't change the template used on completed KYC assessments.

You can change any template that you have created but you are unable to amend the default offerings provided by IRIS, which can be identified by the template name which will start with ‘Default’

1. On the menu bar, select the cog icon to go to Settings.
2. Under Manage templates, select AML.
3. Select the template you wish to edit.
4. Make the edits required:
• You can change the Template name and each Section name.
• To change the order, for each question, use the drag handle to move the question up or down the list.
• To delete a question, select the bin icon.
• To add a question to a section, select New question.
• To add a new section, select New section.

5. Select Save to save your changes. 
• select Continue to complete a KYC assessment that's in progress
• select Create KYC assessment to create a new one
