Delete a KYC assessment

You can delete KYC assessments that are in progress and not yet completed. You can't delete completed KYC assessments.

1. On the menu bar, select Clients.
2. Select the client then select the AML tab. 
3. In the KYC assessment panel, select Delete.

If you don't see the Delete option, check the status. You can't delete completed KYC assessments, only those that are in progress.
