Enable or disable automatic risk scoring

When enabled on the template, automatic risk scoring applies a low, normal, or high risk score when creating a client risk assessment

You can edit the template directly when completing a risk assessment.

  1. On the menu bar, select Clients.
  2. Select a client or prospect then select the AML tab.
  3. In the Risk Assessment panel, either start a new risk assessment, continue one that's in progress, or review a completed one.
  4. Select the edit icon next to the template name.

  1. Slide the Risk scoring switch on or off.

  • If on, a risk level is automatically calculated for each section of the risk assessment the template applies to, which cannot be changed. However, you can change the Overall risk level and add a reason for overriding the automatic risk level that has been assigned.
  • If off, users can manually apply a risk level.
