Remove Urgent Messages from the Website

When an urgent message is no longer required, it can be removed. If the message does not need to be kept, it can be deleted.

Alternatively, if it is a message your organisation uses regularly, need to keep a record of, or want to keep to use again in future if needed, it can be marked as inactive.

Delete Urgent Messages

  1. Go to Website Area, then select Urgent Messages.

  2. Find relevant message.
  3. Select Delete.

Mark Urgent Messages as Inactive

  1. Go to Website Area, then select Urgent Messages.

  2. Find and select the check box for relevant message.
  3. Select Mark as Inactive.

    If you opened the message when selecting it, to set it as inactive, select the switch next to the bin icon.
