Custom Absence Reports

Create custom absence reports using your Management Information System (MIS) attendance reports that identify percentage of absence using colour-coding.

1. Go to Reports Manager, then select Attendance Reporting.
2. Select Traffic Light Wizard Create custom absence reports using percentages of recorded absence marks..

3. Enter a Report Title, amend the Red and Amber percentages as required, then to upload the required attendance data, select Choose File.

   Data you are uploading from your MIS must be in .xml format.

4. To product the PDF report, select GO.

Reports produced using the Traffic Light Wizard are automatically downloaded as a PDF and therefore not available in Reports Manager.
