The following updates were made to IRIS Reach during March 2025:

New Features

Fixes and Updates

• Resolved issues with links to Microsites not working in communications.
• Details of messages that failed to send now display correctly in Audit Trail - Failed Messages report.
• Students can now be selected correctly for sending Absence Alerts.

IRIS PlusPay

• Resolved issues with payments and refunds failing.
• The number of Slots set for Club registers no longer drops below the number of booked spaces when the register has not been edited.
• For items paid in installments, duplicate payment is no longer taken against one item if making an installment payment for the item for another student or option.
