The following updates were made to IRIS Reach during November 2024:

New Features

Fixes and Updates

• Improved security and data import updates.
• Sort Order column for Staff Contacts Manager can now be sorted and filtered.
• Sent messages no longer send a duplicate version if the page is refreshed.
• Resolved issues with legal names being imported in IRIS Reach from Management Information Systems (MIS) where preferred name was required.
• Resolved issues with links for attachments in sent messages not opening when received and used by parents and carers.

Parents' Evening Manager

• Resolved issues with parents' evening cancellation messages and invites not sending.

MyEd App

• Students linked to parents and carers now display correctly after they have registered their account and linked to the organisation A school, multi-academy trust (MAT), single academy trust (SAT), club, nursery or organisation that uses the software. when using the MyEd Name of the application parents and carers use to receive messages sent by schools using IRIS Reach. app on Android devices.
