- Using Email Reporting in Community Reach, any Email Address can now be selected for Print Letter Automatically creates and downloads a PDF version of the message. rather than only the first one
- Resolved issues with active and archived forms not loading inForm Manager
- When responding to absence messages, templates can now be selected from theMessage Preset A list of template messages either provided by IRIS Absence Call or created by your organisation. options
- Booked appointments parents' evening appointments in the Staff Portal no longer display as if they can be selected

- Resolved issues with Inbox Archive messages not displaying if IRIS Absence Call Module for IRIS Reach used to manage sending alerts for absent students. module or absence permissions were not activated
- Email replies no longer contain unnecessary text when opened in Inbox
- Logo image that you want displayed in the MyEd Name of the application parents and carers use to receive messages sent by schools using IRIS Reach. app now displayed correctly when adding or changing the file
