Update — 12th July 2022

IRIS Reach update available from 12th July 2022. This release includes the following new features and fixes for known issues:

New Features

• Join our User Group notification added to the Dashboard

Fixes and Updates

• For customers moved from Truancy Call to IRIS Absence Call Module for IRIS Reach used to manage sending alerts for absent students., calls made to landline telephone numbers now go through to the school
• IRIS PlusPay data now correctly imported for Payments
• Resolved issues with parents and carers using BTInternet email addresses receiving emails sent from IRIS Reach

From 13th July 2022:

• Explanation of absence responses writeback Transfers data from IRIS Software Group products and your Management Information System (MIS) to Management Information System (MIS) feature added to Unanswered Absence Breakdown Report and Answered Absence Breakdown Report on Student Reports

From 14th July 2022: 

• IRIS PlusPay reports now download correctly if logged into an IRIS ParentMail account
