More than One Teacher or Staff Member Need to Join the Same Video Appointment

When creating a parents' evening event for timetabled classes, appointments are only assigned to one teacher or staff member.

Video appointments can only be accessed through the link in the event invitation. A device with a webcam must be used when joining appointments.

Each staff member must be sent their unique Staff Portal Link and Passcode before the first appointment date and time.

All video appointments automatically end at the scheduled time.

Join Video Appointments as a Staff Member

For more than one teacher or staff member to attend the same video appointment, they must use the same Staff Portal Link and Passcode.

1. Go to your Staff Portal Link, then enter the passcode.

   If you do not have a Staff Portal Link and Passcode, contact the staff member responsible for setting up or managing the event.

2. Select Join for the relevant appointment.
