Send Parent Communications

When the content of the communication has been added, the next step is to review and send the communication. This is achieved via the Parent Reach Module for IRIS Reach used to send MyEd app messages, texts, or emails to parents and carers for individual or all students. - Send Communication Step 3 of 4 page (labelled according to the type of communication being sent).

1. In Confirm Message a preview of the communication is displayed. Select Click Here next to Full Preview to display a copy of the message in a pop-up window.

   You are unable to make any changes on the Preview window. Select Click Here to Make Changes on the Parent Reach - Send a Group Message Step 3 of 4. You are returned to step 2 in order to make any required changes. For more information, go to Compose Parent Communications.

2. Review the content, then select Click to send. For more information, go to Review Sent Parent Communications.
