Managing Pending Messages

Text messages can be scheduled to be sent out at a later date, which are stored in the Pending Messages section. Pending Messages can be deleted, as required, before the date they are due to be sent.

1. Go to Parent Reach Module for IRIS Reach used to send MyEd app messages, texts, or emails to parents and carers for individual or all students. > Pending Messages.
2. For the required message, from Actions, select View Recipients.
3. Select ToDeletethis Message Please Click Here to delete the message.
4. A warning message is displayed, select OK to confirm you want to delete the message.
5. A confirmation message is displayed, select OK.
