Contact Details Not Imported from MIS
IRIS Reach only extracts contacts marked as either Priority 1 or who have parental responsibility in your Management Information System (MIS). If the contact is not displaying, you must either add a Priority 1 status or set parental responsibility in the MIS directly. The contact is then added to IRIS Reach during the next overnight synchronisation.
Students are only transferred over if they have a contact with a Priority 1 status or parental responsibility, and a registration group allocated to them. For more information, view Deal with Missing Priority Contact Details.
