Review Message Credit Usage

IRIS Reach provides a monthly breakdown for text or voice messages sent from Community Reach. You can use this breakdown for reporting purposes or for a general view of how many credits you are using each month.

Emails are free of charge therefore are not calculated or displayed in the breakdown.

1. Go to Community Reach > Message Totals.

2. To download a copy of the sent message data and costs, select Excel, CSV, or PDF. Select Print to print a copy.

   Select the required Date to display the details of all sent messages for the specific month.
