Manage Responses
Text Message and Email responses from Community Reach sent messages can be found in the applicable Text Message or Email Inbox. These sections allow you to view responses and archive the messages.
- Go to Community Reach > SMS Inbox or Community Reach > Email Inbox.

For the required message, from Action, select an option from the following:

Reply — to reply to the message. For more information, go to Compose Communications.

Archive — to move the message to the archive folder.
To view archived messages, select Click here to access the SMS Archive or Click here to access the Email Archive.
