Listen to Voicemails

Messages received in your IRIS Reach Inbox can contain voicemail messages.

1. Go to Inbox.
2. Select the required Inbox, for example, Global.

3. In Student, to assign the voicemail to a student, select Please Set.

   If a student is not assigned to the voicemail it cannot be accessed from their Student Report.

4. Enter the Student Name, then select the required student from the drop-down list.
5. The Student Name is then displayed next to the message. Select Message to display the message details.
6. Select Play Voicemail. Alternatively, select Download Voicemail to download a file that can be saved.
7. When you have played or downloaded the message, select Close.
