If you have completed the absence alerts process, then you cannot stop or cancel the alert A MyEd app message, text message, email, or automated phone call. as it has already been sent.

To contact parents and carers about absence alerts A MyEd app message, text message, email, or automated phone call. sent in error: 

• For all students the alert was sent for — resend the absence alert with an updated message
• For individual students — use Parent Reach to send a message
