Refund Orders
Orders can only be refunded through the IRIS BioStore Till for orders processed within the last week. If the order is older than two weeks, the refund has to be processed through IRIS BioStore Portal.
To refund an order on the IRIS BioStore Till:
- Find and select the relevant customer using Search, or by scanning their QR code.
- Select Order History.
- To find the order, select Today, Yesterday, This Week, or Last Week.
- If the order can be refunded, select Refund.
- Enter the amount being refunded, then Refund.
