Override Warnings

The IRIS BioStore Till automatically displays warnings, and some of them can be overridden if your organisation has set up the till to allow Till Operators to override the warning.

For example, if the order takes the customer into overdraft or they reach their spend limit, a warning is displayed.

If your organisation has set up the till to allow the overdraft or spend limit to be overridden, a Till Operator with administration permissions must enter their PIN Number or scan their login QR code for you to continue processing the order.
