Reset Till Operator Login

When adding a new Till Operator, or if they forget their login details for the IRIS BioStore Till, the Till Login Details must be reset.

  1. Go to Maintenance, then select Modules.
  2. Select Till, then Till Operators.
  3. Find and select the relevant Till Operator.
  4. Select Till Login Details.
  5. To reset the login details, select Yes.
  6. The Username and PIN Number are automatically generated. If required, change the details to something more suitable for your organisation policies.

    Till Operators cannot have the same Username and PIN Number as another operator. If the details are changed and match the details set for another operator, a warning is displayed.

  7. After resetting the login details, a new QR code must also be created. Select Get QR, then Regen.
  8. To save, select Submit.
