Get Device Authentication Details

When a device your organisation wants to use as a till is added to IRIS BioStore Portal, before Till Operators can start using the till, you must authenticate the IRIS BioStore Till app on the device.

If you do not have the device being used or are not responsible for completing the authentication of the IRIS BioStore Till app, you must send the details to the person who is.

  1. Go to Setup, then select Devices.
  2. Find and select the relevant device.
  3. Select Device Authentication Details.
  4. Enter the authentication details into the app on the relevant device.
