• Access help and support for other IRIS BioStore products
• Log support tickets using the IRIS Service Community Portal
• Join the IRIS Education Community to get exclusive information about new features and chat to other IRIS BioStore customers
• Share feedback about IRIS BioStore Portal using our Ideas Portal

To find the Useful Links page, select the Settings icon, then Help.

Fixes and Updates

• Imported IRIS FasTrak balance transfers now display correctly on the Reconciliation report
• Product and orders information now displays correctly
• Improved design for displaying a large number of product warnings or allergens
• The Customer Transactions report has been updated to: 
  • Display correct Free School Meal (FSM) balances
  • Imported negative BalanceIn values now display with a negative icon
