Set Up UIFSM

If your organisation has students who are eligible for Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM), the details must be set up before you start using IRIS BioStore Portal.

1. Go to Maintenance, then select Settings.

   If you do not have access to Maintenance or the Settings option, contact your IRIS BioStore Portal administrator.

2. Find and select UIFSM Years, then Edit Setting.
3. Enter the names of the year groups UIFSM applies for as they display in your Management Information System (MIS), separated by commas, for example, Reception, Year 1, Year 2.
4. To save, select Submit.
5. Next, set amounts and when the UIFSM funding is available for linked students.
