What do I use Client Setup settings for?

Options available in Maintenance are only applied to the Establishment you are logged in as.

Changes saved and applied for settings are automatically applied to Cashless Catering. We recommend not changing settings while using the software to manage orders.

Use ClientSetup settings to set:

  • How customer names and account balances are displayed on tills or when ordering
  • If low balance or overdrawn account messages are displayed if the customer is ordering
  • The wording displayed for low balance or overdrawn account messages
  • Names displayed for groups eligible for Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM)
  • When users are logged out if not actively using IRIS BioStore Portal
