Import Customer Account Balances

Customer account balances can be imported if you need to make changes for accounts that were not updated during the import of your Management Information System (MIS) data, or if the customer was added to Cashless Catering manually. Download the Import Balances template to make sure the structure is correct.

The template column Cash is calculated in pence, for example, to add £10 to a customer balance, you must enter 1000.

Importing the Import Balances File

Go to Customers, select Import Balances then upload the .CSV file.

When your balances file has been uploaded, if required, you can clear the selection for customer balances you no longer want to import or update.

You must select Submit to save the updates to the selected account balances.
