Order Meals for Students or Staff Members

If your organisation uses the Attendance module, AM Session attendance marks are automatically updated when a meal order is taken. If a meal order is not taken, you must enter attendance marks for the register.

  1. Go to Pre-Orders.
  2. Select the relevant group: 
    • Year — Select the year group, then the relevant Class.
    • Other Users — Select the relevant group, such as Staff.
    • Lates — Only order meals for students with late attendance marks.
  3. Find and select the customer, then select a menu item.

    Selected meal options are automatically saved. Clear the order to change it.
