Find Messages

Messages sent by organisations and schools are found in Messages in your account. The most recent message is displayed first.

If the messages was sent as an email or text message, a copy is also sent directly to your email inbox or mobile number.

When sending messages, organisations can choose whether to include personalised details, such as student names.

If you are linked to more than one student and have only received one copy of a message that is personalised for only one student, to confirm you should have received a message for other students, contact the organisation who sent it.

Messages remain in your account until your account is deleted.
