Get an Account to Connect to an Organisation or School

Only an organisation or school can invite you to register for an IRIS ParentMail account.

If the organisations or schools that invited you delete your account, you can no longer access details related to them.

When you already have an account, and need to connect to another organisation, they must send you an invite. The link in the invite email, takes you to your account and asks you sign in and confirm your identity to link the new organisation to your account.

If you were linked to an organisation or but it is no longer displayed in your account, to find out if your account has been locked or deleted, contact them. They can send an invite email to connect your account again.
