Students not Assigned to a User

To find any students that have not been assigned to a Designated Teacher through an organisation or to a Social Worker, go to Reports > Other > Pupils with missing professionals.

You must export the report to view the details, which requires setting a password to be set that is used to open the downloaded report. The password is set in IRIS Looked After Call and must be a minimum of 8 characters that includes the following criteria:

• 1 Number
• 1 Uppercase Character
• 1 Lowercase Character
• 1 Special Character

Enter the password, select the Copy icon, Confirm the terms and conditions, then select Save.

When you open the downloaded report, enter the password created when exporting the file.
