IRIS Looked After Call has a dedicated messaging feature that can be used to send and manage secure messages about students in the care of a Local Authority.

Benefits of using IRIS Looked After Call Messaging

• Manage staff member access to messages.
• One inbox for all messages that can be accessed by an authorised staff member.
• Notifications to an email address outside of IRIS Looked After Call when messages are received that do not display the content.
• Link messages about specific students so that previous messages are kept together.
• Messages can be used with reminders to help coordinate important tasks for looking after and safeguarding students in care.
• Get updates when changes are made to Personal Education Plans (PEPs).
