Unable to start service

The Cannot open DEService service on computer error is displayed after installing the IRIS Sync and selecting OK on the configuration window.

Resolution

Select OK and if another error is displayed, select OK again. You can usually ignore this error and the services do start up. The services are called Data Extractor and Data Extractor Monitor which should both be running.

If the services are not running and there has been a problem starting them, please contact the support team.
