Dynamic Link Library File Load Failed Error
A message confirming IRIS Sync could not load a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) file, assembly, or one of it's dependencies when extracting data from SIMS is displayed if Windows automatically blocks the file as it identifies it as suspicious. 
To resolve the error, in SIMS.net directory:
- Go to Properties, then select General.

In the security section, select Unblock, then OK.
