Problems connecting to our applications through Smoothwall

The organisation is using a Smoothwall web proxy/filter and you are receiving proxy errors when trying to configure an IRIS application.

Solution

  1. Go to Guardian, select Categories, then create a new category, add the list of our URLS , then select Save.

  2. Go to Web Proxy, select Authentication, then Exceptions, add the new category you just created (use the search box), then Save.

  3. Try the connection in our software again.
