About IRIS Sync

IRIS Sync is a software tool designed to process information between UK school's Management Information System (MIS) and IRIS products, such as:

• IRIS ParentMail
• IRIS Reach
• IRIS BioStore
• IRIS Looked After Call

IRIS Sync works with the majority of MIS used in the UK, but features may vary. Using IRIS Sync is the most efficient, secure, and cost-effective way to collect your organisation's data without disruption to daily activities.

IRIS Sync can be used to writeback data, specifically attendance information, from IRIS products to your organisation's MIS.

Where SIMS is used as the MIS, IRIS Sync is installed locally. For cloud-based MIS, authorised school users must grant IRIS Sync permissions to access their MIS during set up.
