Reset your IRIS Invoice Matcher Password

If you have forgotten your IRIS Invoice Matcher password:

  1. Go to your IRIS Invoice Matcher web link.If you are unsure of your IRIS Invoice Matcherweb link, please speak to your IRIS Invoice Matcher Administrator.
  2. On theIRIS Invoice Matcher Loginpage, clickForgot Password?.

    For your security, IRIS Invoice Matcher locks your account after three failed attempts to log in. If this occurs, please contact your IRIS Invoice Matcher Administrator to reset your password.
  3. Enter your User name, then click OK.
    If you are unsure of your IRIS Invoice Matcher User name, please speak to your IRIS Invoice Matcher Administrator who can provide it to you. User names are not case sensitive.
  4. The email has been sent to the email address listed in your account message is displayed.
  5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link:
  6. The Change Password page is displayed. Enter your new password in New Password and then again in Confirm Password, then click Change Password.
  7. The confirmation is displayed. Click Continue.
  8. The Login page is displayed. Enter your new User name and Password, then click Login.
