Dealing with Document Dates More than 90 Days in the Past

This error occurs when a document is entered which is older than your organisation's permitted timescale. By default this is 90 days.

The following graphic shows an example of this error:

The settings can be amended in IRIS Financials by your System Administrator.

1. Select Admin > Parameters from the main menu bar.

2. Select Number of Days to Old Document from the drop-down list.

3. Increase the number of days in the Value field and select the Change button.

   This increases the maximum age of a new document that you can enter in IRIS Financials.
