Post Payment Runs

After all payments on a payment list have been made, the payment list must be posted and the payments allocated to documents.

If payment lists are not posted and allocated, they continue to be included in payment lists and on the Aged Creditors report.

To post the payment list: 

  1. Find the relevant payment list.
  2. Go to Payment List, then select Post.
  3. In Bank Nominal, select the required payment run clearing account
  4. Only complete the Discount Nominal and Account if the discount fields are populated on the Payment list Report.
  5. Leave the check boxes at the bottom of dialog at their default settings.
  6. To post the document, select OK.
