You've tried searching for the topics you want help with but no results were displayed.

We've put together some guidance to help you get the best results when searching our help centre.

To get the best results, in Search, enter: 

• Specific words and phrases we use in IRIS Financials, such as:
  • Correct spellings
  • Menu, window, dialog labels or application names

  • Document, nominal, or accounts names rather than codes

    Codes can be used to search for system generated documents that do not include location codes, such as POIN or INV, but might not return any results.

  • General processes, for example:
    • cancel a document
    • allocate documents
    • creating payment runs
  • Full words and phrases, for example:
    • bank reconciliation rather than bank rec
    • purchase order rather than PO

Entering full questions, for example, How do I cancel an invoice?, might not return any results.
