IRIS Financials Purchasing E-Procurement — April 2024

Only for educational organisations.

We're excited to announce you can now use IRIS Financials Purchasing to automatically create purchase orders when placing orders through supplier websites.

As of April 2024, E-Procurement can only be used with Punchout for Amazon Business. In future, the feature will be available for other suppliers.

Once E-Procurement has been set up for your suppliers, go to E-Procurement, then process your order through the supplier's website.

Check the purchase order is correct and complete the required additional details, then send it back to the supplier for processing.
